the room was very small and don’t even get me started on the filthy window, I almost couldn’t look outside. also, can someone explain why the shower door doesn’t close? I expected a complimentary gesture for all the inconvenience but got nothing, just plain disregard really. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Comfortable Stay with Convenient Access
Our stay over the weekend was delightful. The room offered a mini fridge and kettle for late-night snacks. The nearby supermarket and bakery were perfect for breakfast. Friendly staff and easy check-in made it stress-free. Don’t miss the highlight of the vending machine for quick bites!

Great for couples getaway
We really appreciated the cleanliness of our room! we found hot beverages in the room and they were lifesavers after long days. The beds were incredibly comfortable, helping us rest well at night, which was a big plus!
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but for what we got, it was still alright.

It was just a perfect match for resting at all in Hamburg with great value for money. The air conditioning kept the room nice and cool despite the warm weather, which was a treat. If you're driving, be sure to use the back entrance to avoid navigation issues.

Packed with surprises – Good and Bad
The staff were incredibly helpful, making our stay so enjoyable! ! The large and cosy room, equipped with a mini fridge and bathtub, felt inviting and relaxed.
Reaching the hotel can be a bit of a challenge, especially at night, due to its isolated location. The decor? Definitely outdated, giving off an old vibe that could use refreshing.

The room was spacious and cosy, featuring a mini fridge and a large stylish bathroom with a bathtub. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a welcoming drink prepared for us. Daily cleaning kept everything fresh. Plus, we enjoyed complimentary coffee and tea in the room.
The location feels a bit isolated at night.

The rooms are spacious, featuring a mini fridge and a stylish bathroom with large windows that let in good light. A supermarket right behind the hotel makes grabbing snacks or breakfast a breeze, and the room includes coffee and tea amenities for late-night cravings.
Getting to the hotel involves navigating through a less-than-pleasant neighborhood, which can feel a bit sketchy at night. The air conditioning issues were a hassle, and many rooms are situated close to the noisy Autobahn, making peaceful sleep a challenge. parking is confusing. mapping the route to avoid a closed driveway is a must, or you'll end up stuck on the highway. Lastly, the décor is pretty outdated, giving off a vibe that hasn't been refreshed since the '70s or '80s, which might not suit everyone's taste.

The room was quite spacious and the bed was super comfortable, making my stay quite enjoyable. There was a good supermarket nearby which was convenient, though the limited options for dining at the hotel left something to be desired. The staff were friendly, but I noticed some areas were in need of updates.
